We have the experience in working with psychologists, doctors, and other experts to first identify whether your loved one is incapacitated as defined by the law, then to determine what kind of help and how much help they will need to facilitate the appointment of a guardian and conservator. We strive to make the often difficult process easier for clients and their families. In addition to assisting you through a probate proceeding of a guardianship and conservatorship, we can assist you through the decision of placing a loved one in a nursing or other long term care placement. We can assist with the preparation of first party and third party Medicaid trusts and/or supplemental needs and special needs trusts.
